Information you choose to send

When you contact Aimage Annotators by email, you may provide your name, company, email address and information about a potential dataset or project. Please do not send confidential datasets, credentials, sensitive personal data or unrestricted download links through the website enquiry form.

How the enquiry form works

The website form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not receive or store the form contents on submission. Information is received by Aimage Annotators only when you review and send the resulting email.

How enquiry information is used

Information sent by email is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, assess project requirements, prepare a proposal, maintain relevant business correspondence and protect against misuse. Enquiry information is not sold.

Retention and deletion

Business correspondence is retained only while it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, an active business relationship, record-keeping or applicable legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate legal or business purposes.

Analytics and cookies

The website does not currently use a visitor analytics service or advertising cookies. Basic technical logs may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for security, reliability and delivery of the website.

Project data

Dataset access, transfer, retention, deletion and confidentiality requirements are agreed separately for each project before client data is shared. This website privacy policy does not replace a project agreement or nondisclosure agreement.
